Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial product design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design, user impact, and clear thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to own products end-to-end and navigate domain ambiguity.
- Experience contributing to and evolving design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating production-ready designs.
- Experience setting design vision and shipping simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work smoothly with remote teams.
- Low-ego, team-first approach to collaboration with PMs and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy, vision, and execution of end-to-end product experiences, taking features from early concept through to polished release.
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and subject matter experts to shape feature direction, product architecture, and strategic design decisions.
- Align on discovery efforts, lead generative research plans, run user interviews, and translate complex compliance and risk insights into clear product opportunities.
- Prototype and test ideas at the right level of fidelity for each stage of the process.
- Improve core user flows by simplifying complex domain requirements into intuitive, high-clarity user interfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, expanding components or establishing new patterns.
- Refine designs using feedback from customers, user testing, and product analytics.
