Requirements
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with doctors' depositions preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a legal team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
- Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
- Handle invoicing for depositions.
- Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations.
- Maintain responsiveness to incoming emails and phone calls.
- Provide direction and guidance to non-attorney staff as needed.
- Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.
