Requirements
- Three to five years of experience working in a mechanical/electrical engineering environment.
- Proven record of successful, consultative, industrial sales experience.
- Demonstrated skill in strategic selling and negotiation.
- Proven track record calling on and influencing decision makers.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience selling to industrial customers and working with fluid movement systems.
- Experience with electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels preferred.
- Must be able to travel 75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Work on business development and sales of equipment.
- Build relationships with process engineers, maintenance, facilities, plant managers, and purchasing agents.
- Determine how new process equipment can help customers save money and improve quality.
- Close multimillion dollar deals.
- Provide feedback to senior management.
