Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge including GAAP and consolidation.
- Experience in public accounting, preferably with a transition to corporate accounting.
- Proven experience leading or contributing to ERP implementations.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing accounting professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational or global organization is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reporting packages.
- Research and document technical accounting matters such as ASC 606 and equity-based compensation.
- Lead and coordinate statutory and annual financial audits with external auditors.
- Drive the implementation of a new ERP system, including design, testing, and accounting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline accounting processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Accountants.
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations to support strategic initiatives.
