Responsibilities
- Support underwriting of renewable energy project finance.
- Review and analyze project documentation including PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and interconnection agreements.
- Assist in due diligence efforts by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
- Maintain organized data rooms and assist with compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor renewable energy industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments.
