Requirements
- 8+ years in a Marketing function with direct ownership or management of a B2B website.
- Track record of scaling website performance and impact.
- Demonstrated experience in agency oversight and cross-functional coordination.
- Hands-on CMS ownership experience with headless or hybrid architectures such as Contentful, Sanity, or Webflow.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, crawlability, and schema markup.
- Proven AEO/GEO fluency with experience monitoring AI answer engines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to own a backlog and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with experience building systems to create operational leverage.
- Comfort reporting on performance data and surfacing actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all website initiatives and drive projects across teams.
- Own the CMS end-to-end, including governance, security, and page production.
- Manage production operations such as scheduling, publishing, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Monitor and improve site performance, Core Web Vitals, and uptime.
- Develop and execute organic SEO and AEO/GEO strategy and roadmap.
- Design and operate AI workflows to automate content refresh and performance reporting.
- Define, track, and report on key KPIs regarding traffic, organic visibility, and site health.
