Requirements
- 2-5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale complex production for Life Sciences customers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, or Linguistics.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Expertise in managing translation, QA, DTP, and linguistic sign-off workflows.
- Experience working with AI agents or AI-powered workflows.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills with high responsiveness.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technical tools.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex Life Sciences workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for enterprise customers.
- Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements, ensure asset receipt, provide status updates, and confirm delivery against SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve project bottlenecks.
- Identify, plan, and mitigate project risks, escalating to the Program Leader as necessary.
- Control project budgets and manage priorities across various task types and customers.
- Implement new features and efficiencies in line with department and company goals.
- Utilize and configure AI agents and AI-powered tools within production workflows.
