Responsibilities
- Serve as the client's ultimate internal advocate.
- Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
- Track tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure on-time and on-brief deliverables.
- Review all editorial, design, and video work before client delivery as a gatekeeper.
- Attend regular client check-ins.
- Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues.
