Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., engineering).
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories at a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional research, reporting, and judgment capabilities.
- Fluency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-25%).
- Availability for extended work hours to meet business demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of designated protocols from conception to close-out.
- Act as the cross-functional lead, ensuring project plans are translated into results.
- Monitor operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budget.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, forecasting, and resource plans.
- Maintain daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities, delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
- Assess and mitigate technical, project, and business risks.
- Review, update, and evolve all documentation associated with projects.
