Job Details

Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., engineering).
Proven experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.
Strong understanding of project management principles and data analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~10-25%) including overnight stays.
Availability for extended work hours as needed to meet business demands.

Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across disciplines, including assay development and clinical testing.
Manage biorepository, sample management, logistics, and kitting for global client studies.
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource plans.
Act as the cross-functional lead, delegating responsibilities and monitoring operational delivery against contracted milestones.
Maintain frequent communication with clients, collaborators, and vendors regarding data management and inventory control.
Identify out-of-scope work and mitigate technical, project, and business risks.
Review and update project documentation to ensure compliance with design, performance, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present project information, reports, and metrics at internal and external meetings.
