Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., engineering).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~10-25%) including overnight stays.
- Availability for extended work hours as needed to meet business demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across disciplines, including assay development and clinical testing.
- Manage biorepository, sample management, logistics, and kitting for global client studies.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource plans.
- Act as the cross-functional lead, delegating responsibilities and monitoring operational delivery against contracted milestones.
- Maintain frequent communication with clients, collaborators, and vendors regarding data management and inventory control.
- Identify out-of-scope work and mitigate technical, project, and business risks.
- Review and update project documentation to ensure compliance with design, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project information, reports, and metrics at internal and external meetings.
