Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., engineering).
- Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.
- Proficiency with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and listening/communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-25%).
- Ability to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend English.
- Available for extended work hours to meet business demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across multiple disciplines to accelerate the development of novel therapeutics.
- Serve as the cross-functional lead for assigned projects, monitoring operational delivery against timelines and budgets.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource plans.
- Communicate with clients, collaborators, and vendors regarding data management, inventory, and logistics.
- Identify and mitigate technical, project, and business risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and update documentation to ensure compliance with design, performance, and regulatory standards.
