Requirements
- Strong experience planning and managing multiple projects in an IT infrastructure or application environment.
- Experience working within the oil and gas industry.
- Basic understanding of Project Online.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles including Waterfall or Agile.
- Qualification in a project delivery methodology such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
- Proven track record using reporting tools to monitor project activities and analyze project performance.
- Ability to develop projects and deliver them against financial and resource constraints.
- Good business acumen, including industry and domain-specific knowledge of the organization.
- Familiarity with industry trends and innovation and their application in digital business.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against safety, time, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams while managing scope, budget, risks, and resources.
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers.
- Deliver complex technology initiatives within the energy sector, particularly those involving transformation, integration, or M&A.
- Monitor project activities and analyze performance using reporting tools.
