Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Mid-level experience at a senior level working on systems integrations or CRM implementation projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, preferably with formal training.
- Experience in a consultancy, agency, or software development organization is highly desirable.
- Business-level proficiency in English and French.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage complexity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for HubSpot CRM integration projects.
- Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate necessary project resources.
- Create and manage budgets aligned with project scope and requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely preparation of project briefs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to resolve problems and manage project risks.
