Requirements
- Master or higher degree in Life Science field preferred.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Clinical Research field (Healthcare, Sponsor organization, or CRO).
- Proven experience in the organization and management of clinical projects.
- Project management and study team management experience.
- Experience in early phase clinical trials and oncology is an advantage.
- Strong reporting, time, and risk management skills.
- Familiarity with eClinical systems: CTMS, EDC, IXRS, eTMF.
- Proficiency in project planning tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors to support milestone achievement.
- Oversee project budget, tracking, forecasting, and identification of out-of-scope items.
- Develop comprehensive clinical project plans including communication and monitoring strategies.
- Lead clinical project teams and serve as the primary sponsor point of contact.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop proposals and participate in bid defense meetings for new projects.
