Requirements
- Proven professional experience in pharmacovigilance, specifically in ICSR processing, quality review, aggregate reporting, literature screening, and SOP preparation.
- Previous pharmacovigilance project management experience, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
- Healthcare professional or graduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and quality regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing projects from planning through delivery, including scope definition and milestone setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and team organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Manage client expectations and ensure services and deliverables consistently meet or exceed agreed requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and priorities based on client agreements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including activities, deadlines, interim milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project activities across pharmacovigilance teams to ensure progress according to timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or potential delays, and implement mitigation actions.
- Prepare regular project reports for clients and internal management to support project oversight and invoicing.
- Provide pharmacovigilance expertise across activities such as ICSR processing, quality review, aggregate reporting, literature screening, and SOP preparation.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure actions and decisions are documented.
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
