Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, technology-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of system-to-system integrations, middleware/ESB environments, message flows, and cross-platform dependencies.
- Ability to successfully lead delivery in complex multi-system landscapes involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions and understanding integration challenges.
- Experience managing integration testing, production readiness, cut-over activities, and go-live execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technical, and leadership audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution, remove blockers, and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments.
- Structured, ownership-driven, and delivery-focused mindset.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments is highly valued.
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level).
- Proficiency in Polish (C2 level).
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic integration project from planning through production launch and stabilization.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical delivery paths across multiple systems and teams.
- Coordinate integration activities between booking platforms, ESB/middleware solutions, and downstream operational applications.
- Ensure interface requirements, message flows, mappings, and dependencies are clearly defined, monitored, and delivered.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Architects, and operational stakeholders to align delivery objectives.
- Drive integration testing activities, including SIT and UAT readiness, execution, and defect management.
- Own cut-over planning, go-live coordination, and post-release stabilization efforts.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, driving effective mitigation and escalation when needed.
- Provide clear and structured project reporting, communicating status, blockers, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure project execution aligns with established governance frameworks, architecture standards, and delivery best practices.
