Requirements
- Strong experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations.
- Proven project or delivery management experience across the complete customer implementation lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with customer requirements and configuration gathering, MVP/pilot planning and UAT coordination.
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills.
- Experience coordinating across customer, product and engineering teams.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple implementations running in parallel.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and confidence working with senior and technical stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects remotely across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
- Sufficient technical literacy to discuss APIs, integrations, environments and deployment dependencies.
- Experience working in a fast delivery environment where engineering execution is rapid.
- Strong written and spoken English, used daily in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer implementations end to end from requirements gathering through MVP/pilot, UAT, production and transition to BAU.
- Manage several customer implementations in parallel while maintaining clear priorities, milestones and ownership.
- Gather and structure customer requirements, configuration needs and implementation dependencies.
- Plan MVPs and pilots together with customer, product and engineering teams.
- Plan and coordinate UAT, ensuring customers and internal teams are prepared and blockers are addressed quickly.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and external blockers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical dependencies and translate them into clear customer actions.
- Drive customer decisions and inputs required to keep fast-moving implementations on track.
