Requirements
- Proficient in English at a professional level
- Past experience in translation, project coordination/management, or localization-related activities
- Solid organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in Gaming Localisation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assign linguists to projects within the Lilt platform
- Set and manage project deadlines according to customer SLAs
- Track assignment status, including acceptance and rejection rates from linguists
- Communicate with linguists to confirm project status and manage risks
- Coordinate linguist queries by logging them and directing responses
- Reassign projects as needed to meet deadlines or mitigate quality issues
- Perform data entry related to linguist performance, availability, and payments
- Send and receive translation quality feedback
- Monitor QA check status and follow up on non-compliance
- Deliver projects by deadlines while following production workflows
