- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills, including schedule tracking, issue management, risk control, and stakeholder communication.
- Sustaining project experience in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations environment.
- Cross-functional management experience across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for reporting, data summary, communication, and daily productivity.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive working style.
- Experience in supply chain management, material planning, CTB tracking, or supplier coordination (bonus).
- Familiarity with factory process, production builds, yield tracking, and manufacturing readiness (bonus).
- Understanding of BOM cost analysis and component cost tracking (bonus).
- Experience in video surveillance, IP camera, or security hardware (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing execution across suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
- Manage build schedule, output status, yield performance, production risks, and issue coordination.
- Drive clear action ownership, escalation, and resolution for factory and production issues.
- Manage internal documentation, project records, build status, and decision tracking.
- Manage forecast fulfillment, including demand alignment, supply readiness, and shipment planning.
- Track ECO/ECN, component changes, quality issues, and production continuity.
- Drive NPI build readiness, material readiness, and issue closure from POC to mass production.
- Align Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and global management teams.
