Job Details

5+ years of experience in demand generation, pipeline generation, outbound business development, or consultative sales.
Direct experience with digital marketing services or agency environments.
Proven track record of building relationship-driven pipeline from scratch.
Strong discipline in qualification and pipeline management.
Digital marketing fluency, specifically in SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI.
CRM proficiency, specifically with HubSpot (list building, data hygiene, and pipeline tracking).
Self-directed and autonomous with the ability to define playbooks and strategy.
Comfortable with ambiguity and building functions within a growing team.
Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders, such as CMOs.
Collaborative mindset for working with marketing, SME, and BizDev teams.
Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools for research, outreach, and analysis.

Build and own Seer's growth and demand motion from first touch through qualification.
Develop relationships with digital and marketing leaders via warm community outreach and targeted, personalized account-based motions.
Qualify opportunities with discipline and manage handoffs to the Business Development team.
Maintain data quality, ICP targeting, and operational workflows within HubSpot.
Track inputs and conversions to report on pipeline contribution and optimize outreach strategies.
Activate campaigns tied to research, webinars, and events to convert attention into qualified conversations.
Represent the agency at industry conferences and synthesize market intelligence to inform marketing positioning.
