Requirements
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-entity programs for tier-1 banks or large financial institutions.
- Expertise in end-to-end project management, project planning, and execution.
- Strong domain fluency across post-trade and custody (settlement, corporate actions, reconciliations, tax/cost basis, reporting).
- Deep experience in migrations including in-specie/on-book transfers and reconciliation at scale.
- Familiarity with financial standards such as SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022.
- Understanding of regulatory and risk requirements like MiFID II, CSDR, and AML/KYC.
- Excellent executive communication and decision-log discipline.
- Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal).
- Experience in management consulting is a plus.
- Hands-on attitude with a client-first and pragmatic mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own bank-grade programs end-to-end, including scoping, implementation, and migration.
- Support or own custody asset migrations of financial instruments like equities, ETFs, and mutual funds.
- Lead and standardize securities integration and migration projects.
- Drive day-to-day execution across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Run steering sessions with senior client stakeholders to secure decisions and manage risks.
- Mentor Launch Managers and help shape delivery playbooks.
