Requirements
- Experience in the promotional products, print, or a related customizable goods industry.
- Proven background in 1:1 sales with a track record of applying sound sales strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging in ongoing client conversations.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, transactional sales environment.
- Experience working with educational or institutional clients is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (CVs must be submitted in English).
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client relationships through outbound and cold outreach efforts.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through order delivery.
- Develop and execute proper sales strategies to grow a book of business.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and use cases in detail.
- Ensure product specifications, including color accuracy, meet exact client requirements.
- Collaborate with a small, distributed sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and deliverables.
