Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role.
- Highly comfortable navigating and building within Smartsheet.
- Working knowledge of formulas, automated workflows, and data-driven dashboard creation.
- Understanding of how complex physical projects move from planned to live.
- Strong technical curiosity regarding system logic and efficiency.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on clear, concise documentation.
- Degree in a technical or operations-focused field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain the project management environment, specifically Smartsheet and Jira.
- Build and maintain automated scheduling tools, logic, and templates for varying project complexities.
- Manage the integrity and lifecycle of Program Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Technical Build Books.
- Ensure architecture diagrams and SOPs are version-controlled and accurate.
- Assist Senior TPMs by tracking critical path milestones for the deployment pipeline.
- Translate field experience into standardized global playbooks to improve deployment processes.
- Maintain the global deployment calendar and support operational governance.
