Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial inside sales, project coordination, or construction-related operations.
- Working knowledge of PVF (pipe, valves, and fittings) materials and processes.
- Ability to interpret and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities, schedules, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability to respond to changing priorities and time-sensitive issues.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager throughout the full project lifecycle, coordinating activities, timelines, and documentation.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate timely project execution.
- Develop and maintain multiple project schedules while tracking milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor construction activities and communicate relevant updates to project leadership.
- Organize and schedule recurring vendor meetings regarding deliveries, technical questions, and requirements.
- Coordinate customer updates to ensure stakeholders remain informed about status, schedules, and changes.
- Participate in management calls addressing job-site issues and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate requested project changes and update associated schedules and activities.
- Support daily operations including site purchases, expediting, and delivery coordination.
- Ensure project information is accurate, organized, and aligned with technical and commercial requirements.
