Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, project or deployment coordination, or infrastructure operations.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, including formulas, automated workflows, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with Jira or comparable project and workflow management platforms.
- Fundamental understanding of the lifecycle of complex physical or technical projects.
- Strong technical curiosity and interest in understanding systems and infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and design practical improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing concurrent priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, builder-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, operations, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the project management environment, including Smartsheet and Jira, by developing automated scheduling tools, workflows, formulas, templates, and dashboards.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of technical documentation including Program Requirements Documents, Build Books, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure critical technical documentation is current, organized, and version-controlled.
- Support deployment coordination by tracking critical-path milestones, schedules, dependencies, and delivery dates.
- Work alongside Senior Technical Program Managers to identify operational blockers and maintain project visibility.
- Translate field experience into standardized global processes and deployment playbooks.
- Identify operational friction and develop process improvements to increase efficiency.
