Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Building Engineering with a concentration in AV & BMS systems.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in design consultancy or with a general contractor.
- Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects such as private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Professional level of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-organized.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Design AV&BMS engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and structural engineers to integrate systems seamlessly into the project.
- Perform spatial coordination and research methodologies to secure the initial design intent.
- Resolve technical issues during the design phase.
- Lead the development of detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD tools.
- Oversee equipment selection and provide input during value engineering discussions.
- Supervise design development and review deliverables from third-party designers and consultants.
