Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proven experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects, including private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Experience with sketch-oriented presentation software such as Rhino, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Advanced/Fluent level of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Portfolio of previous work is required.
- Ability to work independently and deliver intermediate results weekly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, volumetric proposals, and land plot analyses during the pre-design stage.
- Generate architectural ideas, sketches, and mood boards to interpret design briefs.
- Execute concept design development, massing proposals, and volumetric studies.
- Develop concept layouts into Revit (RVT) models and provide foundational inputs for the CGI team.
- Collaborate with internal structural and MEP teams and local Architects of Record to ensure design intent preservation.
- Support FF&E procurement through material research and quantity calculations.
- Mentor junior team members and supervise BIM modelers.
