Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within learning and development, training, or organizational development.
- 5+ years of experience assessing training needs and designing, delivering, and evaluating programs in a virtual or distributed environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, content development, and facilitation methodologies.
- Experience with budget ownership, vendor management, and measuring the impact of learning programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate recommendations to C-suite leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 15% as required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Epic Super User experience or knowledge of Epic backend systems is highly preferred.
- Advanced experience with Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of leadership development and manager training programs.
- Oversee new employee orientation to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and mission-aligned introduction to organizational culture.
- Develop and maintain customer service training programs that improve member experiences and reinforce service standards.
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and develop scalable training solutions.
- Design and implement evaluation tools, feedback surveys, and dashboards to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Create engaging learning experiences using virtual, instructor-led, and self-paced approaches for a distributed workforce.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding workforce capability and development priorities.
- Manage budgets, vendors, learning technologies, and external training partnerships.
