Requirements

- Demonstrated success in relationship building, grants management, and writing.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent grant writing skills with the ability to articulate clear, persuasive ideas.
- Experience building compelling PowerPoint decks.
- Exceptional project management skills for a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Demonstrated alignment with iMentor's mission, values, and commitment to DEI.
- Ability to pass background checks for compliance with partner school districts.
Responsibilities
- Write and manage proposals, LOIs, and grant reports for a pipeline of national institutional partners.
- Draft pitch decks, one-pagers, and meeting materials for partnership cultivation.
- Research and qualify corporate prospects to strengthen the revenue pipeline.
- Manage the internal grants and stewardship calendar to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including contacts, meetings, and opportunity status.
- Coordinate with program, finance, and research departments to gather data for funder reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams on corporate mentorship events and sponsorship recognition.
