- Previous experience within a fast-growth or rapidly evolving organization.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage frontline and leadership teams.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels while influencing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into recommendations.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and using data for decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership and operational teams to support approximately 275 non-exempt employees.
- Advise frontline managers on employee relations, performance concerns, and workplace challenges.
- Support performance management and career pathing initiatives to optimize team performance.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify workforce trends, root causes, and engagement opportunities.
- Conduct objective investigations into workplace concerns and ensure policy compliance.
- Facilitate recognition programs, exit/stay interviews, and other employee engagement initiatives.
