- At least 6 years of professional experience in conference and event management, field marketing, or sponsorship management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Proven track record in end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, booth logistics, and on-site delivery.
- Experience negotiating and managing sponsorship and vendor contracts.
- Experience organizing executive-level meetings and customer-facing experiences.
- Required: Experience in B2B market research.
- Required: Professional public relations experience.
- Strong proficiency with project management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time, with potential for future international travel.
- Maintain a dedicated home office and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Own the conference and event calendar, determining participation, sponsorship levels, and timelines.
- Manage and report against annual event budgets with financial discipline.
- Plan and deliver end-to-end conferences, including sponsorships, booth logistics, and on-site execution.
- Identify, negotiate, and execute sponsorship agreements and vendor contracts.
- Manage site selection and logistics for executive meetings, roundtables, and sales gatherings.
- Coordinate lead capture, post-event surveys, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, product, and executive stakeholders to align events with commercial goals.
- Maintain documentation and track project deliverables using tools like ClickUp and SharePoint.
