Requirements
- 3+ years in business development, capture, product management, or technical sales, ideally in defense or another regulated industry.
- Experience working with complex hardware/software systems and the technical teams that build them.
- Track record of managing multi-stakeholder technical projects or accounts.
- Comfort operating with government or military customers.
- Strong writing and research skills.
- Ability to travel 25 – 75% required.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage your portfolio of accounts from day one.
- Work closely with clients to understand mission challenges from first principles.
- Translate customer operational needs into technical requirements for internal engineering teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate effective communications including white papers, proposals, presentations, and analysis.
- Lead mission execution and bring organization to parallel project threads as the portfolio scales.
