Requirements

- At least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in product management and development or a related occupation.
- Demonstrated experience defining roadmaps and strategic vision for information technology teams.
- Experience orchestrating technology solutions in collaboration with architects, development leads, and project managers.
- Proven ability to translate marketing requirements and product features into detailed software product features.
- Experience researching market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
- Strong knowledge of product research, design, planning, and software delivery lifecycle management.
- Ability to develop and present business cases considering investment and profitability.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, estimates, and third-party services in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end development process for complex products, services, enhancements, and applications.
- Establish product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and development programs.
- Research customer requirements and translate findings into clear product designs and functional requirements.
- Define target markets, evaluate competitors, and monitor industry trends.
- Prepare and present business cases for new products, including feasibility assessments and investment requirements.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, UX professionals, architects, and project managers to design and deliver solutions.
- Define strategic roadmaps and vision for information technology teams.
- Manage budgets, funding requests, and product planning.
- Oversee third-party services and ensure integration with internal capabilities.
