Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or Biostatistics.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of experience and advanced degree.
- Proven experience managing Canadian and US payer evidence and access projects.
- Direct experience in preparing submission dossiers for private and public reimbursement.
- Deep knowledge of Canadian and US healthcare systems, public/private payer pathways, PMPRB regulations, and pCPA processes.
- Strong consulting background with expertise in commercialization, launch readiness, and legal entity establishment.
- Ability to manage client work independently and conduct quality assurance on technical materials.
- Proven project management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage client projects end-to-end and ensure milestones are met on time.
- Advise clients on complex market access needs including commercialization, pricing (PMPRB/pCPA), and HTA submissions (CDA/INESSS).
- Lead client projects and direct project teams with minimal supervision.
- Oversee evidence synthesis, submission dossiers, and patient journey assessments.
- Review and develop economic models such as budget impact and cost-effectiveness models.
- Conduct primary market research and present findings to reimbursement agencies and clients.
