Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a comparable go-to-market role.
- Proven experience developing product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and sales enablement.
- Experience within B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments.
- Strong project management skills to manage initiatives independently from strategy through execution.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into business recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and prioritize competing demands.
- Understanding of golf course operations, such as tee sheets, online booking, or point of sale, is a strong advantage.
- Experience in golf, sports, hospitality, retail, or fintech is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Co-own positioning and messaging for the Golf product portfolio for business operators and consumers.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature enhancements, and major announcements.
- Develop programs for activation, adoption, cross-sell, expansion, and customer retention.
- Partner with Product teams to identify customer pain points and influence product roadmaps through insights.
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and training resources.
- Measure and communicate performance metrics such as adoption, pipeline, conversion, MRR, and lifetime value.
- Establish feedback loops with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to incorporate insights into messaging.
