Requirements
- Strong visual design eye (layout, typography, color, and composition).
- Confident short-form video editing skills with experience in captions, motion, and music.
- Proficiency in photo retouching and color correction for commercial standards.
- Practical experience using AI tools for image, video, or copy production.
- Proficient in Canva with experience building and managing brand templates.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube formats.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to understand and adapt to New Zealand and Australian market nuances.
- Reliable, self-managing, and capable of working across time zones.
- Clean and professional portfolio required.
Responsibilities
- Design on-brand marketing collateral including social graphics, digital ads, brochures, and email graphics.
- Build and maintain reusable Canva templates to support team self-service.
- Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Retouch and color-correct property and display-home photography for web, social, and print.
- Produce social content calendars, schedule posts, and maintain an organized asset library.
- Provide basic performance reporting to support marketing decisions.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows for image and video editing to improve production speed.
