Requirements
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in content production, social media marketing, or a related creative marketing role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality short-form video work for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Strong Adobe Premiere skills with confident working knowledge of Canva and editing tools like InShot.
- Ability to independently identify compelling hooks, soundbites, pacing, and storytelling opportunities in raw footage.
- Hands-on experience managing social media content calendars and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written English and ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, influencers, and media partners.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including strong organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Edit polished Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content using Adobe Premiere, InShot, or comparable editing tools.
- Transform interviews and raw footage into concise, story-driven edits by identifying compelling hooks and soundbites.
- Design social graphics, event promotions, and branded assets using Canva while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Manage end-to-end social media execution, including content scheduling, publishing, and organization via a content calendar.
- Draft and manage PR and influencer outreach, including communication tracking and coordination of visits.
- Maintain organized digital asset archives, including Google Drive and Squarespace updates.
