Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to review CVs, conduct structured screening interviews, and assess candidates consistently.
- Good understanding of HR administration and the employee lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Greek employment practices and labour legislation.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple responsibilities, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Very good written and spoken Greek and English.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or another relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from preparing job descriptions and publishing vacancies to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting final selections.
- Manage recruitment activities and candidate pipelines through Workable and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate experience, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment documentation, personnel records, leave records, and other HR-related information.
- Coordinate employment contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and administrative matters with management, accountants, and legal advisers.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines.
- Assist managers with performance reviews, goal setting, employee development, and feedback processes.
- Monitor employee engagement and help identify workplace concerns before they become larger problems.
