Requirements
- 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar at a software or hardware product company.
- Engineering background such as a CS/EE degree or prior hands-on engineering experience.
- Track record of running multi-team programs end-to-end from kickoff to launch.
- Excellent written communication skills for async team coordination.
- Experience in health, medical, or other regulated domains like telehealth or diagnostics is preferred.
- PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent formal program management training is preferred.
- Experience applying big-company program rigor at smaller company scales is preferred.
- Experience with programs spanning hardware and software integrations is preferred.
- Startup experience building a TPM function from scratch is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and operations from kickoff through launch.
- Turn ambiguous initiatives into concrete plans including milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks.
- Run program communication including status updates, risk escalations, and decision logs.
- Coordinate launches involving personal health data, ensuring privacy, security, and compliance reviews are completed.
- Manage timelines with external partners including labs, pharmacy, wearables, and payments systems.
- Improve internal processes for intake, prioritization, and release coordination.
