Requirements
- Significant experience in go-to-market program management within the high-tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming program operating models within large, distributed organizations.
- Proven hands-on experience with AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflows deployed in production environments.
- Strong understanding of product releases and their implications for marketing, communications, enablement, and sales.
- Ability to establish effective launch frameworks without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Strong strategic judgment and a bias toward action to drive decisions across competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with executive audiences.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project and program management tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a concurrent portfolio of high-priority go-to-market initiatives, establishing clear owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and decision points.
- Own the planning and orchestration of major and minor product launches, including launches connected to company events, weekly announcements, customer adoption initiatives, and pipeline-generating activities.
- Build and continuously improve scalable launch frameworks and program management practices that enable more than 15 launches annually to run with greater consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate dependencies across Product Management, Product Design, Product & Technical Marketing, Growth Marketing, Communications, Social, Field Enablement, Sales, and other go-to-market functions.
- Design decision stages and working processes that surface blockers and tradeoffs early, enabling teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Translate recurring manual coordination into AI-powered workflows and automations that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Develop reusable playbooks, processes, and operating models so each launch cycle becomes more efficient and effective than the previous one.
- Monitor outcomes with relevant data, including pipeline, adoption, consumption, brand impact, and community engagement.
