Job Details

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility.
Proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers.
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms like Teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive mindset.
Willingness to travel up to 20-30% to engage with clients, prospects, and regional events.

Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution.
Drive strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Position immigration solutions as essential to customer people strategies through consultative selling.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting immigration and mobility.
