Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and Critical Path Method (CPM).
  • Ability to read construction documents.
  • Experience analyzing schedule data and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Track project progress against baselines and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies with project teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on dependencies.
  • Support the development of scheduling standards, templates, and best practices.
