Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Ability to read construction documents.
- Experience analyzing schedule data and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Effective communication skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Create and update detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Track project progress against baselines and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies with project teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on dependencies.
- Support the development of scheduling standards, templates, and best practices.
