Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in applied public health.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting firm environment.
- Minimum 1-4 years of client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in program evaluation, survey research, or epidemiology.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, including survey design.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, R, Tableau, REDCap).
- Understanding of evaluation frameworks, performance measurement, and PDSA/QI methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage concurrent deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, administration, and analysis of internal assessments and surveys to measure health equity and program standards.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of assessment and survey results at program, department, and system levels.
- Design and refine evaluation approaches and frameworks to track health equity outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards to monitor progress toward equity goals.
- Prepare analytic reports, executive summaries, and data visualizations for agency leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build tools, templates, and guidance to enhance client capacity for data reporting and evaluation.
