- Expertise in higher education institutions or ed-tech companies.
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
- Advanced expertise in project management and implementation methodologies.
- Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate complex project risks and dependencies.
- Strong forecasting and resource management capabilities.
- Consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior project managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive contexts.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools: Notion, Rocketlane, and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools in project management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, complex, and highly customized customer implementations across Coursedog's product suite.
- Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including strategy, project plans, timelines, and resource forecasting.
- Develop innovative training resources and lead tailored sessions to ensure institution-wide adoption.
- Mentor and coach project coordinators and project managers to support professional development.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve technical integration issues and drive product improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in implementation methodology to refine processes and best practices.
- Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in daily project management tasks.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships by identifying strategic business needs and proposing effective solutions.
