Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of strategic or targeted account sales experience in governance-led professional services or managed operations (VMO, SRM, TPRM, CLM, S2P).
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles involving multi-stakeholder solution sales and new-logo acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the vendor lifecycle including due diligence, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong familiarity with S2P, CLM, TPRM/GRC, and service management platforms.
- Demonstrated executive-level selling skills with CPO, CFO, CRO, General Counsel, and CIO stakeholders.
- Experience shaping integrated solutions, business cases, and governance roadmaps.
- Background in procurement, vendor governance, or governance operations delivery.
- Experience structuring MSAs and SOWs including pricing models and benchmarking.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual bookings, revenue, gross margin, and pipeline coverage targets for enterprise governance services.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close complex governance-led opportunities focused on measurable outcomes such as risk reduction and performance improvement.
- Build and expand relationships with senior decision-makers across Procurement, VMO, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and IT.
- Orchestrate complex sales pursuits by coordinating solution architects, delivery leaders, and subject-matter experts.
- Develop compelling value cases using metrics such as supplier performance, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Manage assigned accounts to drive renewals, upselling, and broader adoption of governance services.
- Structure commercial proposals and pricing models aligned with scope, outcomes, and service levels.
- Provide thought leadership on vendor governance, third-party risk, and regulatory developments through industry engagement.
