Requirements
- Significant professional experience in supply chain management, supply chain technology, consulting, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, operating models, and technology-enabled transformation.
- Demonstrated experience advising organizations on complex supply chain challenges and developing actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts, solution strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with supply chain systems, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or related platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical and strategic guidance on supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Assess supply chain processes, systems, operating models, and business requirements to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop practical recommendations and solution approaches that improve supply chain efficiency, visibility, resilience, and performance.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Translate complex supply chain challenges into clear technical and business solutions.
- Lead or contribute to workshops, assessments, presentations, and executive-level discussions.
- Identify emerging supply chain technologies, trends, and best practices and assess their potential business impact.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by establishing appropriate metrics and analyzing performance.
