Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of pricing experience within the federal contracting environment.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, structures, tools, and applicable FAR/DFARS and government regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimating systems, profitability analysis, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience developing and delivering pricing strategy presentations and recommendations.
- Familiarity with multiple federal contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursement, IDIQs, and Schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously in schedule-driven environments.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop complete, competitive, and compliant cost and pricing proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and client requests.
- Partner with Business Development, Finance, and Contracts teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide analytical leadership in cost analysis, profitability assessment, and pricing strategy development.
- Analyze proposal requirements and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance and responsiveness.
- Lead pricing briefings, approval presentations, and executive summaries.
- Support government and internal cost/pricing audits.
- Develop and analyze subcontractor RFQs, including pricing evaluations and negotiations.
- Lead Price-to-Win discussions and conduct target-price analyses.
- Collaborate with Growth Analytics to evaluate win/loss data and market intelligence.
- Contribute to the development of pricing standards, methodologies, and reusable toolkits.
