Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of pricing experience within the federal contracting environment.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, structures, tools, and applicable FAR/DFARS and government regulations.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating systems, profitability analysis, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience developing and delivering pricing strategy presentations and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with multiple federal contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursement, IDIQs, and Schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously in schedule-driven environments.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop complete, competitive, and compliant cost and pricing proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and client requests.
  • Partner with Business Development, Finance, and Contracts teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide analytical leadership in cost analysis, profitability assessment, and pricing strategy development.
  • Analyze proposal requirements and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance and responsiveness.
  • Lead pricing briefings, approval presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Support government and internal cost/pricing audits.
  • Develop and analyze subcontractor RFQs, including pricing evaluations and negotiations.
  • Lead Price-to-Win discussions and conduct target-price analyses.
  • Collaborate with Growth Analytics to evaluate win/loss data and market intelligence.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing standards, methodologies, and reusable toolkits.
