Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, service delivery, account management, or project management within cybersecurity, managed services, or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and managed security service delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex cybersecurity and technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships, renewals, and escalations.
  • Strong client-first mindset with excellent relationship management, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to operate confidently across technical and business environments while maintaining accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to manage sensitive escalations professionally.
  • CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms, SOC dashboards, or security reporting tools is preferred.
  • Experience with managed security services such as XDR, CVEM, or penetration testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation owner for assigned cybersecurity clients.
  • Own the complete client lifecycle including onboarding, operational governance, renewal readiness, and service transitions.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly governance meetings with clear agendas and action tracking.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity operations into executive-ready reports on trends, risk, and service performance.
  • Demonstrate the impact of managed security, SOC, and advisory services on client risk reduction and security maturity.
  • Coordinate delivery efforts between clients and internal teams including SOC analysts, threat hunters, and security engineers.
  • Manage client escalations with urgency and professional judgment.
  • Support retention and expansion by proactively communicating value and emerging security risks.
  • Identify operational process improvements and contribute to client success playbooks.
