Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including minimum 3 years in upper-management.
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating high-performing admissions, enrollment, or sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Proven ability to drive demand, conversion, revenue growth, and performance against defined targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with enrollment databases and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work outside standard business hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Admissions function, setting strategic direction for market demand, student recruitment, conversion, enrollment growth, and revenue opportunities.
- Manage, mentor, coach, and develop Senior and Executive-level Admissions Representatives and other Enrollment Services team members.
- Establish and execute market-specific strategies that strengthen existing relationships and improve the student enrollment funnel.
- Oversee day-to-day departmental operations, ensuring adherence to processes, performance metrics, and budgets.
- Partner with Operations and executive leadership to identify process improvements and redesign enrollment workflows.
- Represent the voice of the customer by bringing student, market, and enrollment insights to leadership discussions.
- Develop and communicate growth-related reports and performance dashboards to provide leadership with actionable visibility.
