Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in vendor operations, inbound logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proven track record in high-volume vendor communication and accurate issue tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing compliance trends and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage a defined scope with minimal oversight and escalate issues appropriately.
- Experience in cross-functional communication with internal teams and external vendor partners.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to improve output and work efficiency.
- Capability to support vendor onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day non-compliance ticket workstream for an assigned portfolio, ensuring accurate issue status, reason codes, and dollar amounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, resolving routing deviations, mis-ships, and labeling problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Transportation, Accounting, and Order Management.
- Resolve UPC and labeling issues to maintain fulfillment center efficiency.
- Pursue credit memos on open discrepancies to recover financial impact.
- Analyze vendor compliance trends and prepare KPI scorecards for stakeholders.
- Surface process improvement proposals based on portfolio data.
